There is only one Vice President. Currently that is Pence. For some reason I don’t understand, some people still use former titles while addressing people who know longer hold the power. For example, some people still refer to Sarah Palin as “Governor Palin” or Hillary Clinton as “Secretary Clinton.”
Typically a president keeps the title after they leave office. For example, George Bush is still called president Bush. I'm not sure if the same applies to vice presidents although I have heard it used before.

Mike Pence is the current VP. Joe Biden is a former VP

Biden was VP from 2009-2017. Pence is VP now.
