I'm 15 and for a year or so my jaw has been locking up when I wake up (left side.) it varies how severe the lock is. Sometimes I can still eat, other times I can barely speak. When my jaw isn't locked, I can move it around to make a sort clicking sound, and it can be heard from across the room. What is this and how can I help it?
