My pokemon got the pokemon virus in my soul silver game. I'm super lucky as the chances of getting it are 1/3 of a shiny appearing. I got the notice from the nurse, and the call from Elm. The question is, how can I tell when it has spread? I don't seem to see the status icon that is the tell. (I also wouldn't mind trading some of the infected little buggers.)
