The time to worry was when you were running up the bills and in retrospect I bet you there were very few things you bought that you actually needed.
IF you can find a secopnd part time job doing ANYTHING you can then do so and pay every dime to the debt and get rid of it. You might even find you like have the extra money and keep the second job and start saving every dime after you get the bills paid.

Do what you can to pay off your credit card, then start worrying about saving money.

Kind of like losing weight there is no easy way.
You should be worried. That is a lot of money.
Unfortunately, if you cannot pay a huge chunk of your salary per month to get this down, you are going to see little to no movement on your balance.
Get a 2nd job and put all of that income towards this bill. The only way to make a huge dent is to increase your income in some way.
the best way of saving you have is paying off that credit card.
