Please can sum body please help me I'm 14 5'2 and 146 pounds I really need to lose weight I've tryed the water diet and any other diet I'm not good and sports and I'm at my limit with dis weight I hate looking down and can hardly see my toes please help nothing negative please:(

Firstly, good on you for wanting to do something about it. Thats the first step.
Here a a few simple things that will help you
Everyday as often as you can, imagine yourself skinny and happy with yourself.... Imagine people complimenting you for how good and healthy you look.... this will give you the motivation you need to pull yourself towards your goals.
Excersise every day. The longer the better. Resist to focus on how hard it is, dont let the "i cant do it voice" start in your head..... if it does... yell back "I CAN DO IT!"
Eat less food and eat better food. Excersise as much as you can before breakfast as this is best for weight loss.
Dont focus and become overwhelmed by all the work you have to do.... only focus on what needs to be done each day... a little each day and you will get there! There is no doubt.

Listen, diets are bad! You still need at least 3 healthy meals per day. If you limit your calorie intake too much at once, your body will go into starvation mode and when you start eating normal again your body will store those calories in your fat cells. The best thing is to work out for your age, height and weight what the healthy calorie intake is. There are calorie intake calculators on the net... Just google it. Then make sure you eat that amount of calories per day, but make sure it's healthy calories. Use the net to find a good balanced diet. Make sure you easy breakfast! Oats and high fibre. Your diet is most important to get right, but you also MUST exercise, whether you like it or not. You can't burn calories if you're not active. If your healthy calorie intake is 1500 calories, you must burn more than this to lose weight! It's a simple equation. Good luck!
you're perfect the way you are! life is too short to worry about being a little heavier than other people. i think you weigh a lovely amount and you should feel positive. you're probably a little over the average but for a 14 year old you're really tall! i'm on 5'3 and i'm 16, nearly 17! but you should perhaps try to lighten your diet with less chocolate and sugary snacks, but honestly sweetie, everybody is beautiful the way they are, and you shouldn't worry so much about it!

try to cut down on carbs. limit yourself to less calories per day. Keep a food journal. Text a friend what you eat. Ex. If you sneak a cookie, text "ate a cookie"... you'll feel slightly embarassed, but thats whatll give you a boost to start losing weight fast. I feel your pain, by the way, and thats whats worked for me
Try a no sugar diet. It's hard but it helps
