‘I pick up a knife. A silver, shines, new, smooth bladed kitchen knife. I place it at the outside corner of my wrist and drag it diagonally across my wrist to the inner corner of my elbow. I repeat it on the other arm too. The cuts are deep and blood pours out. I sit in front of my full body mirror and watch as the blood drains.’
I wake up as I die. I don’t feel afraid, stressed, or concerned at all. I feel calm and acccepting of dying.
I just need help and I can’t find anyone or anything.

Lay off the death metal/black metal and horror movies. 😑
If you're having recurring nightmares... it's because you're triggering them somehow. By continually thinking, doing, seeing or listening to something triggering them... in your every day life.
Try watching chick flicks. Hallmark Christmas movies. Listen to pleasant music that doesn't sound creepy. Anything to brainwash your mind out of thinking or dreaming negative thoughts and dreams. They work.
