Isn’t it supposed to be against a guy’s DNA to sit at home all day and not even attempt to find a job?
My friend has this "husband" who leeches off of her like mad! She works so hard, and he just sits at home all day and plays games on the internet. What a loser! Thank God they don't have a kid. He was a financial analyst for a prominent company but he got laid off. No other corporate business companies will hire him, and he's too proud to do retail or other clock in/clock out jobs. IT'S BEEN TWO YEARS.
I told her to consider leaving him.

Since WWII when the GI bill was created, college
attendance soared. Earlier, few could attend college and they were happy to have any job.
Now that they are educated work is not an option. Must have a position where everything
is handed to them. Hey, nice work if you can get it.

No, love has nothing to do with being a good for nothing lazy bum and if he’s unwilling to take any kind of job to help support the household then she needs to lower the boom on him and tell him that either he finds a job or she walks. If she doesn’t do anything than she is as much to blame for the situation as he is because she’s just enabling him by letting him laze around all day.
It is her choice. If she accepts the situation it is nobody's business but hers.
Well it's not normal but it has nothing to do with DNA.
