Yes, that is grammatically correct. Although, there should be a question mark after the question which is being asked, INSIDE the quotation marks. "Is this your first time to write to me in Chinese?" - "è¿æ¯ä½ 第ä¸æ¬¡è·æåä¸æï¼"
