"Our church doesn’t publish how much people have given. This is done entirely privately. One of the downsides of releasing one’s financial information is that this is now all public, but we had never intended our contributions to be known. It’s a very personal thing between ourselves and our commitment to our God and to our church.” Mitt Romney
If that is true why did he even release 2 years?
I guess his father was a bad Mormon since he released 12 years of tax returns.
FYI
Jon Huntsman Sr. very prominent Mormon and Romney backer and fundraiser, has publicly told Romney that he needs to release his returns in order to be “square with the American people.”

No, his father did it in 1968 when he ran for president. He started the whole thing. George Romney released 12 years of his saying one wasn't good enough. He was a Mormon also, born in Mexico to Mormons and that produced questions about his birth certificate too, but not for long.
undesirable mormon? Is there this sort of project as a "sturdy mormon"? in basic terms greater beneficial revealing he's your customary baby-kisser. talk ordinary comes of course to him. Took his church long sufficient to come back up with a "humble" sounding excuse. no longer. in basic terms exhibits how firmly he's in his church's pocket. while its discovered he gave greater beneficial than properly-known, he would be hailed as "beneficiant". Little do human beings comprehend that quantity grew to become into---Romney's BANKED marketing campaign money, thoroughly hidden faraway from the tax guy in a non-earnings tax safeguard! His church! Tithes is mormon-talk for election money. Baloney its because of the fact of privateness subjects. Even his spouse admitted without understanding it, that if the Romneys launched greater returns the contest would only discover "greater ammunition" against them. If it is not there, its no longer there to discover. So, what supplies?
Actually, he released one year in its entirety, another as a summary.
Yes, his excuse is valid in his religion. However, he is not LDS. He is into extensive "Onan the Bonan" religion--that is, narcissistic self-worship of the lowest order.
And it is against my religion to empathize with that sort of moronic b.s. and cover up.
We know a lot more about Obama, and have since 2008, than we do about this borderline con man and "operator". And to the moronic dunce still spewing "birther" insanity, I hasten to add authorities MILLIONS of times more competent than degenerate trailer trash cowards like Joe Arpaio vetted Obama before he ever ran for the Illinois legislature or could apply for scholarships back in undergraduate school, and declared his documentation authentic. These sleazy little maggots and their hate-mongering madness simply will not accept reality in any form.
Likewise, much of Obama's academic history, including a graduate GPA that boggled my mind--I seem to recall 3.92 on a four point scale--was published in various Harvard publications, and every one I know who was curious and industrious looked it up at a decent public library, just as I did, about July of 2008. This bullcrap about his records being "sealed" is pretty much a fraud. And it's ludicrous that these mincing cowards are advancing their imbecilic theories, apparently designed for other insect-minded morons, without having the decency to check a single fact, save by tuning into whatever cheap hacks on Fox are spewing in their propaganda stream.
Mormons are required to give 10% of their income to the church. I think Mitt will not release his returns because he did not give the required amount and there is a penalty from the church for that.
No, nothing this crock of dung does is legitimate or valid.
He's a coward, a sleaze bag, a spoiled LDS brat, and a worm, and he means to sell the entire country to the Koch brothers and similar filth.
I AM surprised that he's now balking at even releasing 2 tax returns.
What's he trying to hide that's worse than the stonewalling?
He's just looking for another excuse so he wouldn't show that he's been lying to people about being at Bain longer than he said he has and about raping Uncle Sam by not paying his proper taxes
If Romney wasn't telling the truth I'm sure Obama would consider that the lie of the century.
The media is now probably parked outside every Morman church asking every person if what Romney said was true. In the meantime the media still won't report on Obama's past.
Those two things are unrelated. Romney will not disclose how much he gives to his church, however, he will release his tax returns. There is a difference.
Stop taking his quotes out of context and then manipulating them to make him look bad, let him do that by himself.
Live long and prosper.
Wow...
Romney is a sad sad man, and a disgusting candidate.
