It really depends of your age. Kids and teens usually don't need a resume at all just a great headshot.
If you are under 16 you can just submit a photo. If you are older under 25 you probably can get away with this resume. If you're older it usually won't get you a solid agent.
But like other people said, continue working on your credits while you are looking for an agent.
What do you mean by '3 acting classes'? Three hour-long sessions somewhere?
What they like to see for training is several years at one acting school, progressing from basic acting, through intermediate and on to advanced. Also, after that, masterclasses, workshops, more advanced classes, and ideally a university-level degree course - 3 or 4 years.
As for experience, I know actors who have taken leading roles in 50 stage plays, 10 short/student films, 5 indies, commercials, music videos, corporate training work, etc, and still can't get an agent.
You only got going for you is three commercials which god only knows what they were.
Therefore, you should try to work on more commercials to get you well known, and even if you are does not mean that it will land you as an acting career. As you should know it is a fit or lost job and if you fit the script than you got it, else you good bye!
yea. its good enough to get an agent, but while your trying to get an agent or someone to represent you. you should still work on the resume while your trying to get an agent

The only agent you'll find with that CV is a scam one.

It's adequate. Just keep expanding on your training and experience. But you could try getting an agent now if you want.
Good luck! :-)
