Is it wrong to date my ex’s friend?
My ex just broke up with me a couple months ago, but we’re still really good friends even though it’s hard for me. It seems like it’s hard for her too, but she seems to be handling it better than me. My ex’s friend actually has been helping me out for a long time, and I have started to develop feelings for her. Would it be wrong to date her?

There are millions of people in the world . .don't pursue this one.
Not for a year, at least .. and NOT until YOU are totally over your ex for at least a year.
In the meantime, don't try to stay friends with an ex. You are trying to kill a habit, a brain pathway .. so you do't miss them. The more you continue to interact with them, the more you strengthen that pathway instead of weakening it.
