like other have said it's mostly correct, it should be "日本語がへと" instead of "日本語はへた" and then second half of the sentence, while grammatically correct is a bit awkward sounding, but that's ok for now.
I was going to point out to you though, your use of 私. You obviously have a grasp of the language now, so you might want to start working on some finer points. I don't know if you're a guy or a girl, but if you're a guy, you should stop using 私 so much, if at all. You will learn that males rarely use 私 to mean 'watashi' (sometimes 'watakushi'), and will instead use 僕 'boku' (even ok in fairly formal situations), and 俺 'ore', especially with friends. People will think your japanese sounds really weird and feminine if you are a guy and you use 私
It's correct. But after the second sentence, "Nihongo o..." is not really necessary. (kind of redundant).
Change the third to:
"Motto renshuu suru hitsuyou ga arimasu."
It's smoother.
Rick B, I understand your point about 'wa' & 'ga' , but with 'watashi no', "watashi no nihon-go wa heta" is perfectly right. You don't say "watashi no nihon-go ga heta desu".

They are all natural to me.

Umm...It does not sound natural to me.I am sorry I can't explain why. It is native intuition.
ã¸ã is ä¸æ in kanji.
Hope this helps.

It is mostly correct - There is one mistake though.
"æ¥æ¬èªã¯ã¸ã" -- incorrect
Should be
"æ¥æ¬èªãã¸ã" -- correct
If you don't put in the 'ã' after æ¥æ¬èª it means that 'Japanese IS bad at'
Apart from that it is all good!
Hope this helps :)
Ohayou gozaimasu= Good morning (correct)
Watashi no nihongo wa heta desu = My Japanese is poor (correct, but you may remove "watashi no.")
Nihongo wo renshuu suru hitsuyou ga arimasu= I must practice Japanese (okay, but I wouldn't say it as such.)
