Is an 8 hour paid internship worth it ?
So basically I’m an undergraduate just looking for experience and I just started working as an intern for a call center for ordering food. It’s been a day and I’m really exhausted it pays 530$ a month and I’m only thinking about staying there for a month and then ditching (it’s supposed to be 3-6 months) please I just need some input from other people. Is it worth it?

That isn't an internship, it's just a very poorly paid job.
If you need money, then it's hardly worth it.
If you just want experience, then it may be fine. I would be cautious though about 'ditching' it after a month. That will look bad on your resume and you won't likely be able to use them as a reference.
