It's OK. It's supposed to just tint your lashes black but still make them look natural. It doesn't clump at all either and really coats every lash. It works really good if you don't like heavy makeup or you're going for a more natural look, but I personally rarely use it because it doesn't do much. Like it doesn't thicken or lengthen them very much and it's barely noticeable. But it's really light and easy to remove.
yea, it works pretty good. it tints your eye lashes to the color you bought. i tinted mine from blonde to light brown so i could wear darker mascaras without looking strange.
I actually have used this kind before. I find that it gives a more subtle effect than actual mascara, and it also didn't seem to clump as much as typical mascaras do.. I would definitly recomment it though

I haven't tried it yet. But Neutrogena is an excellent brand of makeup and body care products. I'm sure it works well!

it tints and volumizes...its beautiful..nd the best!! i used to spend around 25.oo on mascara...but now i save!!!
