Some people think that it's wrong because you're damaging yourself psychologically, and your actions will then impact others, but that automatically removes the victimless part; the victims are society in general.
Anyway, anything that has a negative effect on other people that is not counterbalanced by a positive impact on yourself and your local group, can be considered to be 'wrong'.
