It would be Dublin - Warsaw - Istanbul - Bishkek. Two different airlines, one budget airline on the Ireland - Poland leg and one full service airline on the Warsaw - Bishkek leg. I think it's an ok price? Thanks.
Update:Where the hell is Kyrgyzstan did you ask? Here, central Asia https://maps.google.ie/maps?hl=en&q=kyrgyzstan%20&...

Yes it is a cheap return ticket Dublin - Bishkek.
You did not state when you will travel to Bishkek so that it is difficult for us to help you further. Airfares to Bishkek from Dublin depend heavily on when you will travel to Bishkek (varying from $ 800 to 3500 with standard airlines).
On quite a lot of days, you may get 1 stop return tickets with Turkish Airlines at US $ 807.
Is a price difference of $150-300 worth when you spend a lot of time in connecting flights in Poland (the budget airlines does not land in the International airport of Warsaw)? One stopover or two, change of airport or not, it is up to you .
Furthermore, if there is any problem (delay, lost luggage, ...) with the first leg, you may be in trouble when flying with two different, unrelated airlines .
