The second one, de shows possession, 'Bathroom for the boys', Para would mean 'to' and wouldn't make sense.

In Spanish, a room is only refered to as a bathroom if it has a bath in it. You'll want a sign for the toilets, "servicios".

Aside from that, your first phrase means "bath for the boys" and the second "bath of the boys".

de los chicos, not para. Para generally means "in order to," and "de" in this case means "of the boys."

I would just make two lines:

Baño

chicos

And maybe have a symbol for boy under that.
