If the title has both names, but does not list an ownership % on the title, the law says you both have 100% ownership.
In any case, a court order that would allow seizing the asset if it were in your name alone allows the forced sale with your share of the proceeds going to the judgement.

That may be possible in civil court, in my state it would not be possible in small claims court because the court will only award money.

They can attach a lien to any asset usually.
