F = ma and v = at ==> a = F/m and t = v/a ==> t = mv/F
m = 1900 kg; v = 300 km/h • 1000 m/km • (1/3600) h/sec = 1000/12 = 250/3 m/s; F = 9400 N
t = 1900 kg • 250/3 m/s ÷ 9400 N = (250/3) (19/94) = 16.84 sec. (Answer)
