So mortgage £380, Take home £1000, deposit £100,000 property value £170,000

It will all depend on what kind of bills are going to cost each month as i have no idea, also i drive.

Basically i will have roughly £600/£650 left over a month after mortgage. So bills etc will all come out of this.

Would this be sufficient to live on?

The property is 2 bedroom but i want to live on my own so no rent a room.
