I’m a 22 year old male, and I’m having severe pains in my lower right abdomen. This has been going on for several weeks now, it started with regular stomach aches. It comes and goes through out the day. It’s intolerable when I bend down, move my right leg, cough, and sometimes even when I’m just standing. When I sit down, it hurts much less, but I can still feel a pressure there.
Some details about myself, I’m 22 male, slightly overweight, I blow my nose exceptionally hard, bowls are normal, not sure if any of these details are helpful.
Also, I don’t have health insurance, so if anyone knows of a clinic I can go to with affordable care in the Tampa Bay area that would be great.

Even if you don't have insurance, it's worth it to get it checked out. What you're describing is not unusual for appendicitis. If it is appendicitis, your appendix could burst and you could die. Not trying to sound dramatic or anything, but it's true. Hope everything turns out alright. Good luck.
Oh expensive, it would be anything as small as a pulled muscle or it would be your appendix. When I needed to have my appendix eliminated, I had agony at the proper aspect and it could be like a hurry of agony, lovely extreme, then it could chill out alittle whilst I could lay down. Do you may have a fever in any respect? Thats a signal of the appendix as good. If its lasted for six days, it wouldnt be a nasty concept to move get it checked via a Dr. Hope you believe bigger quickly :^)
