I don't think that the fourth option is possible.
The father carries and allele (for colorblindness) but does not have the colorblindness himself. This is impossible because if a man has the colorblindness allele on his X chromosome he will have it because there is no dominant gene to cover it up. It cannot be carried on the Y chromosome.
