I’m filipino and my baby is british, will she need visa if we stay in philippines for more than 1 month?
Im planning to go back to philippines for 4weeks vacation and i have a 9months old baby with british passport will she need a visa if we stay morethan 21days in the philippines?
I believe if she has a pass port she will be required to meet the requirements of any other visitor....Once you are here are you going to try to get the baby duel citizenship? Then she will also be a Filipino citizen....
Not sure what you have to do other than you should contact the Philippine Embassy where you are.
I'm sorry I can't help more than that but we don't have any children so never had to deal with it...I am going by only what I have read.....
I don't know about the relationship between Philippines and Britain, but I am American, my wife is a Filipina, and she took our Fil/Am baby girl (who was born in USA, and is therefore a U.S. citizen) to visit the Philippines for two months. No visa was required. All we did was get our daughter a U.S. passport, and my wife used her Filipino passport.
You might try visiting the official web site of the Philippines for more information.
I assume you have a Philippine passport. When you and the child, together, go through Philippine Immigration you must ask the immigration officer to specifically put a balikbayan stamp in the child's passport. This allows the child to stay up to 1 year with you. Your husband is eligible for the same stamp if he's traveling with you.
Former Filipino citizens and their family members traveling together may enter the Philippines without need of a visa for a maximum stay of one (1) year. Former Filipino citizens who wish to avail themselves of the Balikbayan visa-free privilege must present proof of former Philippine citizenship, e.g. (1) old Philippine passport; (2) copy of birth certificate at the Philippine Port of Entry.
Family members of former Filipino citizens must present any of the following :
* A marriage contract in case of spouse;
* Birth Certificate in case of child;
* Adoption papers in case of legally adopted children.

Have your passport stamped by the embassy prior to your departure -http://philembassy-uk.org/contact.html
If she has her own passport, then she will need a separate visa if she stays for more than 21 days.
You can get it fro the Embassy in your country, of you can have when you enter the immigration office here in the Philippines,
Yes
