IF a convicted felon was dating someone with a CCW, that wouldn't be ground's for the felon to be in trouble, as long as they never had access to a gun. Having a CCW doesn't necessarily mean you always carry. The CCW holder could risk loss of the CCW by dating a convicted felon in some cases.
If you have access to the weapon, you could be considered in possession. There is another legal term called "constructive possession", where you are responsible for anything in an area you are in control of. That would include your car or home, even if she is wearing it.
