I’m 20 years old. Why is my period still late?
I took a pregnant test 3 days ago and it was negative. 3 days later still no PMS symptoms, or period. I had unprotected sex all of May, and unprotected sex only 2 times in June.

Maybe you are just stressed that you could be pregnant, and stress can cause a period to be delayed. When did you take the pregnancy test? Maybe it was too early to tell if you could be pregnant and perhaps take another. If you are majorly concerned, go to the doctors.
Just being stress can cause a delay in your period
