Is there any way you report someone’s in the armed forces?
So someone in the army I know broke and smashed up my phone, hit me and left me all bruised. They also have a drug habit, just wondering if there’s any way I can report someone to the army
You report it to the Adjutant General's office, who are like the legal branch of the armed forces, or, if you know where the person is stationed, you report it to the Military Police or to the commanding officer's attention at that military base.

You call the cops in whatever jurisdiction the crime happened in.
If you have actual proof of this drug habit, then you can contact CID at his post.
Start with the local cops
I am sorry you were hurt.
Did you report it to local L.E. when it happened?
If not, why not? It sure would have helped you out.
Go to the cops and file a report...NOW
They will rattle his cage by calling CID.
If you know his unit you could call his 1st Sgt. If I heard one of mine did that he would be on the sh1t list.
It really is hearsay, but they could UA him. If he has drugs in his system, unless he's critical, which i doubt, he is pretty much done.
You're not getting your phone back.
You will have to file a civil suit to recover for that.
i would just report thern to the police and they will take care of it
