And your question is a nonsequitor, too. Circumcision is yet another custom designated to separate jews from the idolatrous nations that surrounded the ancient Hebrews, too, and it remains an eternal symbol of the eternal covenant.

For Jews it is not forbidden to get a tattoo, if u look in Leviticus which is where the only verse about not getting a tattoo is written you will find that God said this because the Jews had recently just come out of Egypt where Egyptians were getting tattoos of their pagan God's. Getting a tattoo at that time would be like following the Egyptians but to do it now is okay if it is something about God, also if they don't allow tattoos then they better not allow earrings and mixing materials of clothing and many other things
