If a patient dies in the ER waiting room is the hospital at fault for not treating them in time? ?
If someone is clearly in a condition where they are dying and from the time they arrive at the hospital there is enough time to save them, if that person is made to wait in the waiting room and they die but could have been saved if they were seen right away, is the hospital responsible for that wrongful death?
Update:I never said the scenario happened, so how is it a lie?
