I just beat Volkner (last gym leader). Now I have to go to the E4. But my Pokémon are at extremely low levels and don't have very good movesets. And I haven't decided yet what party should I use. I am going to say 7 Pokémon and the levels and movesets. Please tell me:
1) Where to train?
2) What movesets shoud my Pokémon have?
3) Who should I remove?

And how in the hell are your levels so low?
You need to do some serious training.
Use your exp share and battle a bunch of pokemon in the elite four.
A great pokemon to get is Gallade.
Teach it X Scissor which is a great move.
To be honest with you, the only way that I won was with my Giratina.
Against Cynthias Garchomp, Id let it hit me, and use a hyper potion constantly.
I did this until it ran outa PP.
So basically, buy about 75 hyper potions and 5o revives.
About your poke levels, do you even train them?
Doesn't seem like it...
So do some serious training then you should be in good shape.
And btw, Rotom isn't all that good.
well i would just simply train at the elite four, I know you loose money when you lose to them so i will give you some advice. Spend all the money you can on hyper potions and then save. Keep on battling the elite four tell you are on a level that you think you can beat them on this way you know their pokemon better and their moves better. Oh when you try to beat them for practice spend no hyper potions because you only loose some money when you lose to the elite four. P.S. the money you still have when you lose, spend it on hyper potions too!!
Well hope this helps.
depends on which you really prefer. pokemon platinum is a great game and as you said will introduce you to the fourth generation; but if you like the old style in a new way get soulsilver. In Soulsilver there are also pokemon of the 4 gen, so I think it is the best of the two, and I also loved the way it had both kanto and jhoto maps together :)
train at victory road.
your absol....at level 46 it learns perish song. very helpful when you have more than one pokemon but ur opponent just has one and it never seems to faint. my absol is unstoppable only at level fifty moveset is : Perish Song, Shadow Ball, Return, Hyper Beam ...take advantage of absol's incredibly high attack stat.
rapidash its best to teach it flamethrower instead of flamewheel, and strength instead f take down (no recoil damage) and loose the ember, replace it with adifferent type of attack, like ghost or dark
torterra: hyperbeam, crunch, earthquake, frenzy plant
staraptor: close combat, fly, (loose defog and arial ace and replace with a different type of attack)
rotom: lose shockwave add something surprising
flotzel is fine, just level it up
dont remove anyone, just train em hard.
