I need help I went on a website USA Cigarettes.Com I didn’t know it was a Scam I don’t know how I ordered two cartons of cigarettes without?
Putting my Card Information all I did was put my Name Address And it said Thanks for your order What do I do if they come in my Mail box

How did you order something without giving them payment information? Not your fault they're running a broken website.
I messaged them two times explaining that How did I order them without my card information I said don’t want them anymore after I found out the website was a Scam
