Hi there, my dad had the same problem on his pc I managed to get rid of it heres what i done: CTRL ALT DEL - processes (top tab) then click on name to put it in alphabetical order and look for mibssys.exe or misrsys.exe (something like that!) write these on a piece of paper - then right click and end prosess, (dont worry if they dont dissapear) then go to Start the Search for files and folders - select Search My Computer - then one at a time type in mibsys.exe it should find about 2 recognisions for this once it has finished highlight them and delete, then do a second search for mibrsys.exe again about 2 for this, high light delete, then go to recycle bim and empty it.. then restart your system.. this seemed to work for me.. good luck!
