why not just use plain antibacterial hand soap? thats what they told me to use and mine healed up perfectly. years later its still fine :)

you should be able to use it now. i bought sometime similar to that. you want to use it twice a day with a clean qtip.. do not touch your ring unless you wash your hands and then leave it along. it takes a while to fully heal

You're supposed to use it while it's healing, it's what helps it heal.
