I installed a Brita water filter today and the light doesn't come on How do I fix this?
I bought a Brita water filter today and i followed the instruction manual but i can't get the light to turn on... i found Absolutely no sites so if you could help me it would be much appreciated, i don't want to throw it away but i need to know if it takes extra batteries or something. please help and thanks!

Recheck that you did everything according to the manual and have a friend also recheck what you did. If it still isn't working right, take it back to where you got it and get another one.
Alternatively, the directions should have a number you can call.
