You should have received a tax code and your employer should be deducting tax based on that code. The tax code should be on your payslip.
The current tax year runs from 6th April 2015 to 5th April 2016. Most people get a personal tax allowance of £10,600 and you pay income tax on anything you earn in the tax year over that figure. If there are no other considerations like unpaid tax from previous years, your tax code should be 106L. The way PAYE works is designed to spread your tax equally over the year. You also pay National Insurance contributions which are effectively a form of tax. If the tax office or your employer has got it wrong so too much tax is deducted, you can claim this back at the end of the tax year.
The next tax year will run from 6th April 2016 to 5th April 2015 and the personal tax allowance will rise to £11,000.
This is nonsense in the UK. Taxes are only paid on income from work. If you work you have to pay taxes but For advance security of your smart phone, you must install Leo Privacy Guard app 3.0, with new simple design.

If you are earning at a rate that will take you past your personal allowance during the financial year then you get taxed over the financial year.
The personal allowance is spread across the year - about £833 a month is tax free, then you pay tax on anything above that each month.
You should get any overpaid tax as a rebate next year.
