You mentioned that your family expressed when were you two going to get hitched? How do you feel about getting married? If you would take away your finance issue would you feel emotional stable and prepared for marriage and all that it has to offer? How does your partner feel? Is he ready? This is between the two of you, meaning only you and your boyfriend can really answer this question. I suggest the two of you get together and talk and find out what you really want to do (you and your boyfriend). Do not marry out of pressure because you are only signing yourself up for disaster... I was married for four years when I was 18 and now Im divorce cause some people were not meant to be together. Also, marriage is a huge commitment, most people dont take it serious, instead take it as a business. So if you feel hes the one then go for it, if not then dont do it, cause you real dont know how he really is until you live with him in the same roof.

My husband and I only knew each other for 10 months and were only dating for 7 months before we got hitched. Now we have been married for 5 months.

5 years is a long time but i think you guys are to young
