Relief package will not go off old income tax information.   They go by what your current income is.   Make sure you file THIS last years income tax NOW for 2019 even if you had NO income.    That is the only way to get your $1,200. 

They're going off 2018 since we're not even to the due date for 2019.

They'll go off of this year. If it slips through, don't spend it, you'll have to pay it back.
