I filed a Claim because someone stole my Unemployment Card and used it if I don’t charge them can that person still go to jail?
For How Long can That person go to jail for it was almost 4 Thousand taken out I got a New Unemployment Card and it will take 10 business days to have my money back on my Card

If the state is refunding the lost money, then the state is the victim. The state may refuse to refund the money unless you co-operate in the investigation.
