I applied a visit visa for Italy,I’ve got the visa(It is a Schengen Visa) ?
My Question
Can I change my Visa Status to another Visa e.g work permit etc..after arriving in Italy?
It is six months visit visa with multiple entries 30 days duration of stay

No, you can not change your visa. You can look around for jobs but if you find one, you will then have to leave again before you and your employer can apply for work permit.
NO U can't italy is very serious about the visa entry they will revoke it don't try it
