It's understandable that you are upset and that you are disappoint with yourself. However, many people relapse and it's not unusual. The important point is that you have to seek help as soon as possible. Go back to where you found help last time and explain your problem. I don't know where you went for help but if you don't know where to go, make a visit to your family doctor. Preferably today, don't procrastinate . There are organisations that help people like yourself as well. You probably know them in your area. Make a plan and think about how you got back into it. Are they old friends or certain people you hung around with. Make sure to cut them out of your life. You have to do that for you to not fall back after your hard work. You have done it once and you were successful. You can do it again and you know better how to deal with it. It's annoying , but time goes fast and before you know it you are right again. You will see that you will be able to do it and come out happier. All the best
