Im just asking because my friend said she lost 10 pounds in one week by not eating at all and only drinking 2 cups of water everyday and i just wanted to know if it was possible because i dont believe it.

U know when u do stuff like that for a week ur body doesn't lose the skin where u were fat so u belly will look ugly and wrinkly, also as soon as u eat something at the end of the week ur body will take that food and put it straight into fatness agian so at the end of the week u will proberly gain weight by atleast 4 pounds. If u want to lose wieght try eating more healthy foods instead of sweat stuff like puddings or choclate and u will slowly lose wieght and try to exercise alot
Acutally its very posible at the same time not eating will mess with your system and you would gain a few pounds. Water is pure mineral at the same time to much water is life threatening. Also bottled water left in a car the suns rays will effect the plastic and will give u cancer. Lol but its a small chance.
But the not eating depends on your friends system we'll her metabalism
If you don't eat at all a weak ,
you will be hospitalised.
