It usually depends on the certain type of appointments.
With a doctor/dentist appointment, I usually arrive 5-10 minutes early. Just because I have an appointment at that time doesn't mean anything because people sign a sheet and they're ahead of you, etc.
If it's for an interview, I would arrive 15 minutes early.
if it's a dr appt i say go in 15min early to fill out paper work and such. if it's interview show up 10min before. but then again some places like ppl to show ON TIME, not way too before or way too late. early makes ppl look desperate and a suck up.
