I started working for my employer three years ago. As the company expanded, new positions were created and filled internally. The position of Supervisor was created specifically for me, and I was promoted into it one year ago. Six months ago, three additional supervisors were added to my rank.
How can I include this process on my résumé?
Update:I won't mention the three additional supervisors. Got it.
What I'm trying to project with this line is that I was the first person to fill a new position, and I had various learning outcomes as a result. How can I project this?

I feel there is a way to add it if your boss actually said words proving the position was created with your specific qualities in mind. It says you are a certain type of employee. I would not mention the other three. But I'm not sure why you're leaving so soon if you just got promoted.
You shouldn't include the process on your resume if you want to get the job.
The position was not created for you. The position was created by the company for the benefit of the company. Saying the position was created for you shows a lack of knowledge of why business decisions are made. Presumably you were put in the position because you were the best qualified. But it was not created for your benefit.
Your question oozes with "It's all about me." A prospective employer wants to know what you can do for them, not how proud you are that positions were created "specifically for me," and three additional supervisors were "added to my rank." Change the tone from "look at me" to "look at what I can do for you."
A resume should only detail positions YOU held. Positions held by others don't belong there at all. If you were a supervisor for one year, then put that.
