I have a coworker that is to thin. Several of us of noticed that she has lost way to much weight in the last two or three years. She was never fat but thought she was and went on weight watchers. She is to thin now you can see her bones and her face is sunken in. Several of us are concerned but don’t know who or if we should say anything. We have seen what she eats for lunch and it is basically nothing. Even other people who are on weight watchers say that she is not taking in enough calories. We know from talking to her that she eats like that at home also . Yesterday she had a bag of cherry tomatoes and some strawberries that was it.
Update:Wow just read my additional details sorry for the grammar mistakes. You know how one of the Olsen twins went to rehab for an eating disorder she looks like she is that thin now

Start slow. Next time she eats strawberries for lunch- someone says something like, "You need to eat something more than that- you're wasting away to nothing Skinny girl- get some meat on your bones," Start light and simple. If she doesn't get the hint...have the coworker she is closest to say something more serious. Something like "People are concerned, you're getting way too thin..."
Well, it's definitely a touchy subject - if you say the wrong thing you could put her over the edge & drive her even further into her twisted self image. Get on the subject of parents & ask her how long it's been since she's seen hers...maybe go from there? ("aren't they concerned about you?" type of thing)?? I dunno...it's almost as bad as someone who's grossly overweight & doesn't realize it ("fatorexic" is the new term...lol) - you just can't say something without it being taken the wrong way, so generally I say nothing.
For starters, keep the conversation off the weight, and simply let her know there are people who are concerned about her, and if you sincerely would want her to open up to you all, that you are available to listen. People wont take advice unless they first trust you.
sudelty has never been my strong suit, I would just come out and say
"Either you need to stop smoking crack or eat something, cause your wasting away to nothing"
