The simpelst way is to open up character map (start->Accessories->system tools->character map) and copy the ones you want to the clip board. The harder way is to learn the alt codes, which you can see in character map!
Be aware that when you paste or instert via lat codes the charcaters may not match as they will be taken from teh curent font which may not be teh same one you looked it up on, i.e.
alt keys Hold down alt then type a number on the number pad like alt 0157 . if you are using windows xp, then go to start>all programs>accessories>system tools>character map

The character map in Windows has all kinds of symbols. Go Start / Accessories / System tools and then click on the map.
