25 x^2 + 40 xy + 16 y^2
AND
( 9 x - 4 y ) ( 9 x - 4 y )
81 x^2 - 72 x y + 16 y^2
this is of the form (a+b)² = a² +2ab +b²
(5x + 4y)² = 25x² +2(5x)(4y) +16y²
25x² +40xy+16y²
the other is. of the form a² -2ab+b²

2:81x^2+16y^2-72xy
