First you take out all the visible screws on hardware and around panel. Next take out any screws that hold the center of panel to door. Should see them through the holes left from taking out the hardwear for window switch and door handle.

Pry carefully around edge of door panel and it should come off. Should have a manila paper that you carefully remove and you're set.
