So me n my ex had problems. Who doesn't, well we got back together. And I don't know. We always fought. Because I let my subconscious get to me.. I get mad all the time. Im sad. Well she was unhappy. And like any other unhappy person. She left. However we are tryin to work things out. We arnt together but we act like it. She fears I can't handle when she's busy. N stuff like that.. how can I control my self. I love her. And I don't wanna lose her anymore then I already have. Help.. how can I control my anger or negative thoughts.. so we don't fight n I can get her back..
