I am very slim and i’m trying to get a SLIM THICK body. So far I have no curves, no butt, or a small waist. I’m trying to do it to the point where my body looks natural and healthy. But I have no clue where to start..
I’m not going to the gym, instead i have dumbells at home and a kettlebell.
I’ve looked up getting a small waist on the internet and they suggested wearing a waist trainer while working out. Would this be a good idea? What are some good workouts that target these areas for slim girls? or any good youtube videos?? ↓
I mostly just want a small waist, some hips, and a nice round butt lift.
What are the foods that I have to eat?
I struggle with finishing full meals/eating a lot but i will try.
are there some alternatives like protein shakes, or pills?
For the exercises how many reps or sets would i have to do for those/ how many times a week??
i have so many questions and they’re all getting unanswered

slim thick? You mean you want to be slim but with boobs and a butt? Same, the best way is to LIFT. Not little dumbbells, like as heavy as you can go. Squats, deadlifts, lunges etc for your legs, horizonal rows, shoulder press and lateral pulls for you arms, use at lleast 10Kg medcine balls to do russian twists. If you're slim like me then 'toning' isn't gonna help us because we actually need to build. Personally I workout 3 times a week (and swim twice) doing 15 min cardio warm up then choosing 6 or so exercises to focus on (like squats). You're aiming to get close to your 1 rep max, so the weight that is ALMOST your maximum but not quite. Aim to do 5 reps of each then take a break and do it all another 2 times. Remember to stretch, and eat in slight calorific surplus
Roller skating or roller blading builds a nice butt .
