Yeah, Michael's right, bro. You need your Pokemon to be at least lv 60 to have a good shot at beating Cynthia. Long tedious hours on the Victory Road is the only option... Try teaching your Weavile Blizzard from the department store; that should get you through a couple of tricky situations like her Garchomp which you will find is lv 66. Blizzard is 4x super effective, by the way. For the rest of her Pokemon, you have good type-advantages, except for Spiritomb, of course, for which there is none. Toxic is a really good move to use against it, you can try to teach Gengar Toxic to poison it, and I daresay will help you with most of the other Pokemon as well. Good luck!
You obviously trained a lot. Sorry about the many losses :/ She stressed me out a lot, but you can win with ample revives and full restores. I think giving Garchomp a Quick Claw would be helpful too.
Keep training your pokemon.. Trick is, waste all your money on Full Restore + Revive. When you lose to Cynthia you wont lose that much money. It's the easiest way to gain levels and money at the same time.
Your team can't beat her at that level. Train to 60 then beat her down with torterra.
