You will need a waiver

You will not be reenlisting.  May I suggest a job in the fast food industry. 

Not only CAN you be denied, they MUST deny you unless you obtain a command waiver.

Of course they can deny you, and most likely will. 

You will never get back in.  If they thought you salvageable, they would have rolled you back a couple of weeks and let you try again.  

My Navy DD-214 has dashes for a reenlistment code. What does dashes mean when I got an Honorable Discharge?
